1、制定合理的作息时间表

学习：7：00—7：50英语

学习：14：30—16：30语文、英语（历史或地理、政治）休息：16：30—19：30（看小说）

星期日全天休息

二、学习计划
1、预习下学期所学新课制定严格的预习计划，然后坚决实行之。计划的落实以自学为主，要尽量地自己看懂；不会的要做出标记，等以后解决，或询问他人马上解决。预习新课要尽量多预习，争取预习下学期新课的三分之一以上。
2、复习旧课对以前学过的旧知识必须时常复习，要用10天左右的时间来复习旧知识，复习时尽量采用目录回顾法，对不会的知识尽量摘录下来，留待以后在复习时作重点复习用。
3、自觉写10篇以上语文作文和英语作文，养成自觉修改文章的好习惯。
4、看几部中国古典名著，并做好笔记摘抄。

6、坚持练字。每天学习累了的时候，要仿照一本好的字帖去练字。
三、提高自己的综合素质
1、学习累了之后，要干力所能及的活，如：打扫卫生、抹玻璃、拖地板、打水、做饭、买菜、洗衣服、接待客人、社会劳动、完成家长交代的其它事情、社会调查等。
2、提高思想认知水平和道德素质，不断完善自己，读些励志的书籍。

亲眼看过两届的高三学长学姐为大学奋斗的日子，那是多么的忙碌，好像恨不得把全部的时间都放在学习上，再累再困也还是学习着，看着这样子的他们，心里有的只是害怕，害怕自己不能像他们那样坚持，害怕奋斗后换来的失败和他人的嘲笑，所以在这之前，我选择的只是一味的退缩，和那些有着同样感受的朋友尽情挥洒青春，肆无忌惮的欢笑，整天无所顾忌的玩，热衷于电视剧，小说，打球……而对待学习，我们都无所谓的一笑而过。这样的生活持续到高二下学期的第二次月考才宣告结束，成绩的一落千丈，家人热情的期待让我无法再那样的放纵，原以为逃避是最好的办法，至少不必背负那么大的压力，不用那样不要命的学习，把自己困在一个只有学习的枯燥世界里实在是件难耐的事。然而这些以为让我错的离谱，这些以为没有让自己过得开心，反而让自己充满愧疚和悔恨。我无法放弃家人的期待，无法无视家人的失望，看到家人为我心寒，我心里无比难受，所以，我不能放弃，为了那些在乎我的人，我唯有好好努力，真的不顾一切的去奋斗。
因此，我放弃了所谓的友谊，一个人默默的奋斗着，开始了高三那种忙碌的生活，把时间安排得满满的，和她们交流的话题也是关于学习的，但是，落下的知识是那样的多，要补回来并非易事，有时候还是想要放弃，但又想想自己以前的放纵而造成的悔恨就又咬牙的坚持下来了，有时候也会觉得很孤单，但是在求学路上有哪个不是孤行侠呢?其实也该感谢孤单，因为只有孤单了才可以那样专注于学习，所以慢慢的也就习惯了孤单。
