我最喜欢的就是游泳了。每个星期的游泳被安排在星期五，所以，每到星期五，也就是我最开心最激动的时候了。整一天我都盼着快一点儿到下午，脑子里也一直都是想着游泳的事，连午觉也没有睡好。
好不容易盼到了下午，我们换好泳装，来到了泳池边。老师带着我们做热身运动。跟着老师做着热身运动，可我的.心，早就已经跳进了泳池里。下水前，老师嘱咐说：“不会游泳的同学可以戴上浮袖，如果身体有不舒服，一定要告诉老师。”
终于，我们可以下水了。小伙伴们一个接着一个，扑腾扑腾跳进泳池里，在水里一起游来游去，玩得可开心啦！有个同学说：“我们来比一比谁憋气长吧？”“好啊，好啊！”大家都同意了。于是我们一个接着一个把脑袋埋进了水里，别的同学则在一边，数数计时。轮到我了，我深深地吸了一口气，猛地一下把头埋进了水中。一秒，两秒，三秒……才过了不到十秒钟，我就觉得胸口闷得厉害，快要坚持不住了。“不行，我不能比别人时间都短，我要再坚持一会儿！”我默默对自己说。又坚持了五秒钟，实在是坚持不住了，我的脑袋一下子抬起来冲出了水面。我深深的吸了一大口气，这个游戏真实太刺激了！
就这样，我们不知不觉在水中玩了很久，很快就到了要上水回教室的时候了。同学们都依依不舍地爬了上岸。真希望每天都是星期五啊！
