这只狗特别贪吃，有一次，午饭烧好了，我正要吃饭，忽听外面传来一阵撕咬的声音，我抬头一看，小灰和人家家里的一条狗，为了争一块骨头而互相打起架来，我见此情形，便想去阻止它们，可后来一想，两只狗打架可是件稀罕事，我蹲在一旁看好戏，我家的小灰智斗奋勇，人家的小狗就像跳远冠军一样，跳过来又跳过去，几分钟过去了，我家的`小灰终于把那块骨头抢走了，得意地吞进了肚子里，大摇大摆地走回了家。这只狗不但贪吃还很爱玩。
有一次，我正在看书，不知道哪里钻出来一只黄蜂，我一看，吓得像被二十五只老鼠--百爪挠心，这时小灰看了一眼黄蜂，根本就没把它放在眼里，照样玩自己的，过了一会儿，小灰黄蜂还在那里，小灰愤怒了，它双眼直直地盯着黄蜂，突然，猛扑过去用爪子抓住黄蜂的头猛“咬”，过了一会儿，黄蜂被它制服了，它看着垂死挣扎的黄蜂，好像在想：这块“骨头”怎么这么软呀!
