初中为期七天的军训结束了，虽然很累，但这些汗水是值得的，也引发了我很多心得体会。
最开始是教官把我们聚集起来，给我们讲军训的目的和注意事项以及日程安排。他说，军训是为了更让我们更加有组织纪律性，更加具有团队意识，懂得团结的重要性，更加能够懂得服从指挥，锻炼一些对我们有意义有价值的意识，我觉得很有道理，军训确实能让我们受益很多。还有一些注意事项，主要是说在训练过程中如果有任何不适的症状，要赶紧向教官表示，不要硬撑着，以免身体真的出了问题。日程安排就是每天早上五点半起床，六点集合跑操，六点半吃早饭，七点正式开始训练，十点半休息半个小时继续训练，十二点吃饭，十二点半开始午睡，午睡一个半小时后两点集合，训练到下午五点吃晚饭，七点开始晚训，九点回寝室洗澡睡觉。
前几天的训练强度不是很大，主要是站二十多分钟的军姿，然后开始学习队列姿势，比如立正，稍息，向左向右看齐，向左向右转这样的基本动作，其中站军姿是最累的，因为那时候正直八月份，又是阳光最为强烈，太阳最为狠毒的时候，大汗淋漓还不能擦汗，要打报告才能擦汗，口渴了也不能喝水，之后站军姿的时间越来越长，最长的有过一个小时半，而且还是在两点多太阳最大，气温最高的时间段，那个时候每次站完军姿，都要小心翼翼的动动手脚，因为腿已经僵住了，胳膊也酸疼酸疼的，如果突然动作幅度大，可能会导致突然摔在地上。
后来就觉得了齐步走，正步走，和跑步等比较难的队列动作，一开始都走不齐，但是到后来越来越整齐。最后就是会操表演和演讲。经历了这次军训，锻炼了我的耐心和坚强，让我更加懂得汗水是值得的。

记得有一次，我们班正在操场上认真的练习着。突然一个班的班长跑过来向我们发起了挑战，我们自然而然的就接受了他们的挑战。不知是哪个女生大喊了一句：“女生们都出来，走一个给他们看看。”我们迅速站成一排，气势逼人，齐刷刷的走了一遍。瞬间就听见对方的队里传来一声声不服的声音，我们又给他们表演了正步、踏步练习。男生们的战火也被点燃了，纷纷给他们表演起来。对方当然不甘示弱，他们摆出更强大的气场，迈着整齐的步伐在我们面前走着。这时，只听到我们教官对我们大喊了一句：“都打起精神，争气一点，不要给我丢脸。”比赛还在如火如荼的进行中……
一幕幕的场景像电影般在我眼前浮现，一周前，我们还在烈日下挥洒着汗水，还在操场上认真的训练着，听着教官严厉的话语，用心的做好每一个动作。一周后，我们依旧还在这个操场上，只是再也没有了教官那嘹亮的口号声。

两个小时的飞机，终于把我带回了青海平安。当我和我的助手走出机场，看见一人举着牌子，上面写着我的名字。上前一问才知是我二十年没见的堂弟。我当初走的时候这家伙才一丁点儿大。此时的他，是那样的英俊帅气，笔挺的西装，锃亮的皮鞋，最让人惊讶的是那辆新款路虎车最少有个100多万吧。起先，我以为是他们公司的或者是借的车，简单寒暄之后才弄明白，还真是他的……？？堂弟，看着我不可思议的表情之后说：“哥，你离家有20年了吧？”“嗯，是的”我应答到。“这20年咱们家乡变化可大了，一会儿你就会明白的”。
很快车子就驶出了机场，宽阔的马路两边的高高的楼房，随处可见的广场，到处绿树成荫，鲜花盛开。最漂亮的是那天河了――以前的河水混浊，臭气冲天，而今却是河水清澈，无疑又是个一道靓丽的风景了。
转眼之间，车进了山区――我唯一能辩认的就是家乡的山了。可是，这山也不一样了，以前光秃秃的山呢？怎么都变成了森林了，山清水秀的家乡就是我小时候做作文时想象的，而今都变成了现实，家乡的变化真可谓不敢想象啊。我看见一幢幢华丽的别墅，哇，真漂亮！真当我惊讶的到处看时，车在一处别墅前停了下来，好个漂亮的别墅啊，真气派！“哥，到家了！”“啊，哦，这是你家吗？”“是啊！”
