书，可以让我们看到缩小版的世界。古往今来，有无数名人喜爱看书，武圣关羽，伟大领袖毛泽东主席……这说明读书有多么重要。我就是一个爱看书的人，尤其是历史书籍。我的书柜上百分之六十是历史书籍，《史记》、《资治通鉴》、《三国志》等等，还有各种历史评书。一有时间，我就拿出历史书籍看一看。叶圣陶先生也说过中国人要搞懂自己的历史，从中就可以看出历史的重要性。历史书籍让我无法自拔，书里的一个个人物，一个个故事，让我感受到读书的快乐。可是我只爱看历史类的书籍，对文学、科学类的书籍经常是不闻不问。在妈妈的引导下，我也渐渐地开始读各种各样的书籍。
尺有所短，寸有所长。我也有短处，我的短处就是体育。记得有一年我去参加校运动会的跳绳，只跳了80多个，给我们班级拖了后腿。
