大家好！
明天是6月5日，6月5日是世界环境日，这是为了纪念1972年在斯德哥尔摩举行的联合国人类环境会议的开幕日，这次会议也是人类第一次真正意义上开始关注全球环境状况，呼吁人类保护环境的历史盛会。因此联合国将6月5日确立为世界环境日，而且每年的世界环境日还确立一个主题。
今年世界环境日中国主题为“同呼吸，共奋斗”，这一主题旨在强调绿色消费理念，唤起社会公众转变消费观念和消费行为，节约资源，保护生态环境。中国主题在呼应世界主题的同时，更加强调在生态环境恶化和能源危机日益突出的形势下，充分认识推广绿色消费的重要性和紧迫性，呼吁人人行动起来，在全社会大力推广绿色消费，推动绿色发展。与传统消费模式不同，绿色消费以满足人的基本需求为中心，崇尚节俭、适度，是一种节约资源、减少污染、可持续的消费模式。
众所周知，地球上的大气、森林、海洋、野生动植物等，组成了错综复杂而关系密切的自然生态系统，这就是人类赖以生存的基本环境。长期以来，人类把文明的进程一直滞留在对自然的征服和掠夺上，似乎从未想到对哺育人类的地球在人类生存发展史上，曾遇到过许多的敌人：战争、灾荒、瘟疫，这每一种敌人都曾使人类付出过惨重的代价。然而，今天人类面临的最大敌人是无处不在的环境问题。
大气污染的超标，温室效应的增强，臭氧层被破坏，土地沙漠化，海洋生态危机，绿色屏障锐减，物种消失加剧，人口增长过快，这些世界性的环境问题，究其原因，都是人类在发展经济过程中，对自然资源和生态资源的不合理利用和破坏所致。
说到人类与环境的关系，我们总是觉得是件离自己很遥远的事情，其实不然，环境问题可以说就在我们的身边。最近几天，不知大家是否关注过一则报道，由于无锡太湖水域大面积暴发蓝藻，一夜之间，数百万市民的自来水无法正常使用，打开水龙头，就闻到一阵臭烘烘的异味，水无法饮用，给人们的生活带来了诸多不便。而造成这次蓝藻暴发的原因是我们人类自己：工业污水源源不断地排放入太湖，太湖人工养殖业的过度开发，促使太湖水质的富营养化病症日益加重。加上无锡4月份平均气温比常年高出1.8摄氏度，给蓝藻的生长提供了有利条件，蓝藻大量繁殖，水中的溶解氧浓度降低，造成鱼虾、螺蛳等水生物死亡，太湖水面被一层厚厚的绿色物体全面覆盖，腐烂的蓝藻引起水质急剧恶化。原本清澈的太湖水今日景象触目惊心，太湖也在“警告”所有人：如果人类肆意破坏环境，大自然就会无情地报复人类。
千里之行始于足下，实施绿色消费，保护生态环境，建设美好家园，要从我做起，从小事做起：不乱扔垃圾、不浪费粮食，最大限度地节约能源，节约用纸，拒绝使用一次性的“白色污染物”，多栽树种草，保护野生动植物资源……

空气的自述有人说我是看不见摸不着的，也有人说我是地球的面纱，其实啊，我的名字大家非常熟悉——叫空气。我住在地球的最外面，我把地球轻轻地抱在怀里，与你们形影不离。
在广漠的宇宙中，我们的家庭可算是历史悠久的大家庭。我们推选出氧气、氨、氮、碳这三位成员作为家族中的核心，千百年来，我们在宇宙中默默无闻地生活。说起我的岁数，可是你们长者中的长者了，若要我说出来，恩——少说也有十亿年了。我算不上高尚伟大，但对地球上的生灵，我可以自豪地说：“我是无愧的。”我给了鲜花娇艳的姿态，我给了呱呱坠地的婴儿顽强的生命力……总之地球的生灵都要靠我，它的生命都是我给予的。

现在我县面临中部与南部两大煤矿开发，这一经济建设的重大机遇，同时也面临煤炭资源开发对我县生态环境的巨大挑战。煤炭资源的开发势必对我县的空气，水质，地质等多方面造成一定影响，我国改革初期许多地方一味追求经济效益，采用粗放式开采的方法对地方环境造成了严重危害，如山西省大同市因为煤炭开采引发的大面积地表的下沉和塌陷，使区域地质与生存环境恶化；煤炭开采引发地下水的输入、输出和内部结构的变化，从而使城市水资源遭到破坏，因采煤漏水、矿井水排放等造成的经济损失达到300亿元；煤炭开采引发的矿区水土流失、土壤侵蚀、植被破坏，从而导致生态绿地的贫乏；尾矿、煤矸石、粉煤灰的。露天堆放，使山西省耕地面积减少，人地矛盾突出。等到对环境造成严重损害后才花费巨资进行环境建设和维护，然而效果却不敬人意。我县现阶段处在煤炭资源开发的初期，应该早作打算，坚持走“在保护中开发、在开发中保护”的原则，坚定不移地走生态环境保护型之路。确保我县环境建设的胜利之花，不会因为资源开发而枯萎凋谢。
